Our customers value ContractHero for efficiency, reliability and first-class support.
Are contracts signed in DocuSign and then saved in your inbox instead of your contract repository? ContractHero automatically imports signed documents, creates the contract entry, and attaches the audit trail and certificate directly to the contract.

Yes. With the signing module, contracts can be sent directly from ContractHero to DocuSign for signing. Once completed, the signed document is automatically sent back to ContractHero and stored there.
Yes. The integration works both ways: On the one hand, contracts that have already been initiated and fully signed in DocuSign can be automatically imported into ContractHero. On the other hand, contracts can be sent directly from ContractHero to DocuSign for signing.
Once all parties have signed, the contract is automatically transferred to ContractHero. There, a contract record is created, and the contract can be managed directly, including deadlines, terms, responsibilities, and other contract details.
Audit trails and certificates are stored directly alongside the signed contract in ContractHero. This ensures that all relevant documentation remains centrally accessible and traceable at all times.
Template routing allows you to specify which team and category a contract is imported into. This can be defined on a per-DocuSign-template basis or through a general catch-all rule.
A DocuSign admin account is required for setup. The connection is configured once in the ContractHero settings. You can then specify which DocuSign templates should be linked to which teams and categories in ContractHero.
