The contract documents managed in ContractHero are synchronized. These are automatically stored in SharePoint as well and kept up to date whenever changes are made. Changes such as uploads, renames, or deletions are automatically reflected in SharePoint.
Changes made directly in SharePoint are not synchronized back to ContractHero. They may therefore be overwritten during the next synchronization. ContractHero thus remains the central source for contract management and the latest document versions.
Yes. You can specify the folder in which the contract documents should be saved in SharePoint.
A Microsoft 365 tenant administrator is required for the initial setup, as the connection is configured at the tenant level. A standard user account is not sufficient for this. Once the connection has been successfully established, you can specify the SharePoint folder to which the contract documents should be synchronized.
Yes. Existing contracts can be migrated to ContractHero with support. This makes getting started much easier and allows you to continue using existing structures efficiently.
SharePoint remains the familiar document management environment, while ContractHero takes over the active management of contracts, deadlines, and responsibilities. This creates greater transparency without disrupting existing structures, allowing sales teams and stakeholders to quickly track progress and identify next steps.
This integration ensures that contract documents remain available as up-to-date copies in SharePoint. This allows companies to establish reliable, additional document availability within their existing environment.
