How Natsana used ContractHero to gain more control over the merger of three companies, also laying the groundwork for scaling in the back office.

Summary:

Natsana sought support in the form of a tool to help them better manage their contracts. How did this come about? At Natsana, contracts were spread throughout the company and especially its subsidiaries. As a result, many contracts and services were duplicated or even triplicated, and no one had an overview of the contracts. 

Due to Natsana's complicated corporate structure, there were also many requirements that the tool needed to bring to the table. Reminders of expiring contracts, a legally secure storage that is data protection compliant and a good setup of user rights, so that employees can only view and edit the contracts intended for them. This is where ContractHero clearly stood out from the other tools and the decision was quickly made. 

ContractHero is used daily at Natsana to manage contracts of all kinds. Natsana has many important service providers, but also contracts of car leasing or coffee machine are managed via ContractHero. Here ContractHero helps as a central platform for the management of contact persons: if a coffee machine does not work, the right contact person is searched for in ContractHero. In marketing, Natsana has many service providers and partners with whom campaigns are designed, here a lot of potential due to duplication was discovered through ContractHero and ContractHero is used as an optimized way to manage Natsana's relationships.

Onboarding at Natsana was handled quickly. The onboarding of the contracts was done by Lea and her colleague going through the departments and collecting all the contracts first. After the existing contracts were uploaded, a contact person was assigned for each department who is responsible for uploading and entering all new contracts into ContractHero.
