ContractHero uses AI to identify deadlines as soon as a contract is uploaded. Termination dates, renewal deadlines, payment terms, and contract milestones are extracted from the contract text and automatically imported into the system. The AI also works with scanned PDFs (via OCR) and supports over 30 languages.
ContractHero offers customizable workflows for approvals, contract statuses, and deadlines. Workflows are configured within the system without any programming: trigger conditions, responsible parties, and escalations can be defined with a single click. Tasks are automatically assigned to the right person, and reminders are sent via email and in the integrated calendar.
ContractHero integrates natively with Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar. Deadlines, tasks, and reminders appear directly in the responsible person’s personal calendar. Other calendar tools can also be connected via the open REST API.
