Multi-client capability refers to ContractHero's ability to efficiently manage several independent units - so-called clients - on a common platform. This is particularly relevant for companies with subsidiaries, group structures or multiple departments. The multi-client capability allows all clients to work independently of each other, as the client-dependent data and configurations are not mixed.
At the same time, multi-client capability enables efficient collaboration by making data accessible across clients as required. This ensures easy collaboration without violating data protection or compliance requirements.
The multi-client capability of software offers decisive advantages, especially when it comes to managing multiple clients. Thanks to the central platform, companies, parent companies, subsidiaries and departments can manage them together without having to set up separate instances. This consolidated application facilitates collaboration, as everyone involved can view cross-client data if required. At the same time, multi-tenant data remains securely separated to ensure data protection and meet compliance requirements.
